That's how quickly we got our Fed tax refund! Woot woot! I e-filed that puppy last Wednesday and this morning the hub nudged me in bed to tell me our refund hit our account. Yay for e-filing! The craptastic year we had in 2008 was a strain on the wallet (ahem, townhouse), but it looks mighty purty on a tax return. So watchout, debt snowball, you're about to get your arse kicked! (Or at least heavily bruised.)
Hope y'all have a fabulous weekend! And of course, a wonderful Valentine's Day too! The hub and I are doing our usual fondue dinner at home tomorrow night in our Valentine jammies. There's just nothing better! Lots of mushy, mushy love to you all! :-)

That is awesome! We just got ours back too and it is going right to our debt! Boo for that but yeah for paying it off! I can't wait until we can just spend that money on something fun!!
yay! yay! yay on your tax refund!! my debt snowball is about to get kicked heavily in the arse as well as soon as my return gets here :) i think it will get us 100% out of credit card debt but then we will have to start killing those student loans. i may contact you soon about exactly how you managed your car situation ... mine is leased (gasp! dave would die if he knew lol) and I am trying to figure out the best way to go once my lease is done which is in just a couple of months. my husband thinks we can get by on one car for a couple of months but i don't know how we will manage. I need some encouragement!!! happy v-day :)
